Paving Fabrics when accompanied with hot asphalt and a tack coat, a layer of paving fabric can shield the majority of your asphalt, base or concrete cracks from reflecting through to the layers above. Paving fabric installations extend the life of asphalt pavements and overlays by creating a barrier from water penetration.
