Seal Coat
Seal Coat is the application of an emulsified
asphalt and fine aggregate mix which helps protect your asphalt from
further oxidation and water damage. Seal coats leave a smooth,
black finish that is ideal for slow traffic areas such as driveways,
parking lots and mobile home parks. Seal coat differs from
type I and II road slurry which are used for higher traffic speeds.
