Western Oil
Spreading Services Inc. was established in 1989 servicing the Southern
California region from San Luis Obispo and Kern Counties south to the
California / Mexico border. Western Oil Spreading Services Inc.
has three locations - Santa Maria, Santa Paula and Garden Grove to
service its customers. We provide a wide range of products for the
paving industry for asphalt overlays, sealers, paving fabric
installations, and HPS NO TRACK TACK which we developed and currently
market to the industry. Western Oil Spreading also
specializes in chipseals for use on custom driveways, all weather roads,
agricultural and industrial roads.

Our other services
include dust control palliatives for construction, agricultural and
other areas requiring conforming to fugitive dust control regulations,
asphalt maintenance (patching & seal coating) and rejuvenators.
W.O.S.S., Inc. provides coating systems for sealing dikes and
containment areas for storage tank sites in oil refineries, treatment
plants, water companies and water drainage canals. Western Oil
Spreading applies specialty oils such as Topein S, Topein C, Styroflex
and Pass Products for Cal Trans and other public agencies in California,
Nevada and Arizona.
